How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order must go through a processing stage before it is shipped. The total time before you receive your package is made up of both processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing Time (1-2 business days):
    Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we verify your details, prepare your items, perform quality checks, and package your order. After packing, it will be forwarded to the courier for shipping.

  • Shipping Time (7-15 business days):
    After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Since international airfreight is used for shipping, your package may be in transit or undergoing customs clearance. During this time, tracking information might not be updated until the courier collects the package. Tracking updates can take up to 10 days for express shipping.

  • We do not accept any changes to order details (e.g., color, size, address) after the order has been placed.
  • During holidays, processing times may take longer than usual. We will notify you in advance of any delays.

Shipping within mainland Australia is free.


How do I estimate the delivery time?

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Shipping Time (7-15 days)

The Estimated Delivery Date is based on your country/region and the shipping method you selected, accounting for both processing and shipping time.

What may cause shipping delays?

We are not liable for delays due to the following situations:

A. Changes in contact information or delivery address after placing your order, which could affect the delivery timeline.
B. Modifications or exchanges to the product(s) are not accepted once the order is placed, and any request to alter the product may lead to delays.
C. The first delivery attempt was made within the Estimated Delivery Date but was missed (e.g., no one was home, or the address was incorrect), which could impact when you receive your package.
D. Your delivery address is in a remote area, which may result in longer shipping times.
